Problem importing membership list to WordPress ARMember plugin

I am trying to upload a membership list to WordPress ARMember plugin that was not created in ARMember. The basic plugin can import membership lists only created by the same plugin.

ARMember has a migration and import addon (https://www.armemberplugin.com/downloads/armember-migration-tool-addon/) that will work for membership lists created by certain plugins. But I have a membership list created in a GoogleForm, and I can save it as an excel or CVS file. Does anyone know of a way to import a list to ARMember created in GoogleForms? Thanks!

After Members subscription expire, I need to retain their subscription

After members subscription expire, its automatically removes that member subscription. But we need that subscription, how to prevent this from auto delete. Please advise.

It says: Spam Detected. I am a Pro user, not a spam. What should I do? On my website it does this too, sometimes users contact me that they can not login because of this. What is the solution (other than turn off spam protection)? I don’t really understand why this happens at first place.

New auto recurring payment (Paypal) not showing up in ARMember backend

We have an issue where a plan is paid yearly using Paypal auto debit payment recurring subscription method (Subscription (Automatic)) and the payment history is not showing up in ARMember backend for that user, but Paypal shows the recurring payment is successful.

Also the Member is shown as active in ARMember backend but no record of the payment is shown for current year.

How do we fix this? We need to be able to see if a member has paid or not for the current year and whether they are active or suspended.

Can’t update Digital Download Addon

I have an active license for the mentioned addon and in the “License” menu, I can see my key on green background. However when I try to update the plugin it says “Unauthorized”. I tried to remove license and add it again but with no luck.
