I set up my blog in English, French and Turkish, English is the default one.
I’ve created French translations for all of my categories and I thought everything was working just fine because everything looked great.
But then, I clicked on one of the ‘see more ->’ link and it took me to the English written archive page, not the French one.
However, if I click on the French flag on top of the English written archive page, then it takes me to the correct French written archive page.
So the French archive pages do exist, the language switcher works fine but my category archive links are messed up.

In a sentence, my problem is that my category archive links are directing to the English pages instead of their translated pages.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I’m extremely confused and definitely not tech-savvy.

(English isn’t my first language so I hope my explanation wasn’t too convoluted, sorrrryyyyy)

I have set up an archive page with the mailpoet shortcode.
If I am logged in with admin rights it just works Ok, eg I click on a link and I see the message.

If I am not logged in or logged in as non-admin I get a blank page. I tried on several browsers with the same result.

I switched on WP_DEBUG but no message / error whatsoever

What could be the problem ?

It would be great if anyone could help me with this task. I am using the default WordPress search and would like to include the archives links in the search results. Especially the links to all Tag Archives. I managed to display Posts if you search for a Post Tag. But now I’d like to show the link to all Posts that are marked with this tag. Tested some of the plugins that are available, but it seems to me the results are all related to posts.

I couldn’t find a solution but I think it should be possible somehow. Maybe with your support that is highly appreciated!

I am Using Dave’s WordPress Live Search Plugin to display the search results. So if possible the solution should be working in combination with this plugin.

The issue is that, at the right hand bottom, I have archive widget. But when you will click on any archive link, it will take you to the main page.

I have regular blog Posts and a custom post type of Press Releases. I have a sidebar for Press Releases that shows recent Press Release Posts (which it does splendidly thanks to this plugin). I would also like to have Archives (by month, like regular Posts) of Press Releases in the sidebar. Is this possible with this plugin?

When you click on the category links, I am getting this error.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_the_other_excerpt() in /home/krvw/spinpoi.com/wordpress/wp-content/themes/spasalon-child/category.php on line 27

Clicking on the archive links doesn’t produce and error, but it also doesn’t actually take you to the archive. I’ve read that this issue often has to do with permalinks, but I’ve reset those and tried using the default links and it makes no difference. I’ve also tried changing the permissions for my .htaccess file but that didn’t seem to effect it. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!
