Appointy plugin not allowing new customers to book appointment

My Appointy pluging is not allowing new customers to book appointment. As a new user you can get to the pop-up screen where you fill out your info, but when you try clicking on “Register and book” nothing happens.
The plugin works fine for old customers. Can anyone help me with this?

My Appointy calendar plugin is not working correctly in my wordpress site. When I click on an event to book it as a new customer, it will not go past the pop up screen that asks for your information. WHen you try to push the book and register button, nothing happens. It works fine though for existing customers. Any suggestions how to fix this?

Appointy sidebar widget not working

When I add the Appointy widget to my sidebar, it just displays the text “appointy” in the sidebar and has no functionality. The widget says there are no options for that widget. Does anyone know if this is supposed to work? Thanks!
