My site has wp store locator installed and through this plugin I am adding urls that lead to other sites, now I have free spwa installed and when I add a new site to wp store locator, it is shown immediately on smartphones, but I would like to go to spwa pro, to offer the site also in the play store, my question is if the installations that are done through an apk will also see the new sites that it includes in wp store locator or will I have to make new versions of the apk and these be installed by users on their smartphone.

Apk is not working at all!
