The functionality of the plugin is great at the free level for what it allows you to do, but do not spend money upgrading to the Pro version. Although you can customize more of the settings as advertised it actually breaks features that work well in free.

To name a few things: The view ‘elastic box’ no longer functions correctly and the popup when selecting an image appears beneath the other images making it completely unusable. The categories functionality is completely broken and it does not allow you to add, edit or delete categories. There are also just generally less features for no reason, such as less loading icons in the pro versions compared to the free version.

I sent an email to the developers, but I am not expecting a response it appears to have been left entirely unsupported. Do not waste your time or money upgrading to Pro.

I have tried to contact you 4 times no response!!! I did not recieve my upgrade… You also fail say that youtube age restrictions prevents plugin from playing on your website… This means that certain features of this plugin is moot!

This editor completely breaks the way people write and it’s absolutely atrocious. I will NOT be using it on any of my 10+ sites. This is going to create extra work to fix what WordPress has effectively broken by adding this to core later this month. Costing money, resources, and time.

please overlook the anger in this support request, but it is deserved

I activated jetpack as prompted by woocommerce

because I had previously logged into a CLIENT’s wordpress.com account – previously not actively – jetpack AUTOMATICALLY connected the new website to the CLIENT’s account… without asking for a prompt, it just did it

After ONE HOUR of searching around it is impossible to find out how to disconnect and remove the site from the client’s wordpress.com account which I had to log into (they are more angry than me)

please advise how to DISCONNECT jetpack from the WRONG wordpress.com account (instructions assume the live site no longer works, that is stupid too)

Tried to move my sites using this tutorial, and it turned out to break my wordpress installation. There is something wrong and I do not have time to actually seek for a mistake. So just to let you know that I’ve just lost pretty much vast portion of time trying to move wordpress blog without reinstalling it, completely useless loss, because I still need to reinstall it since my sites now do not work at all. first I noticed that I couldn’t load my images in the Media library, then I couldn’t even update any of my posts, I check Wordfence (security plugin) and can’t even load anything there. Check plugins, try to just deactivate Cloudflare and it says “Are you sure you want to do this?” with the only option “Please try again.”

there are just infinite loading circles on everything and I have no idea how to revert back to old version. Why did they release such a broken version??

Hi!
I am losing my mind and i have no idea what i am doing.

For starters i want you to imagine a 24 year old blonde woman who knows about computers less then Pope knows about basketball. That girl is me.

I need your help. So i bought a domain and hosting. I connected those two and i got a free installation for wordpress. I installed that to my new webpage, but during installation i entered a wrong email.

I now can not accsses my wordpress, because i never activated my account. How on earth can i change my activation email without signing in wordpress???

And for some (for me totally) unknown reason i can’t accsses my control panel.

I hope this makes sense, i am also not a native english speaker.

I spent hours trialing this plugin – it seems fantastic only to find out that the link to paypal does not work (tried joomla link and it worked fine). Please take my money I want to buy this plugin!

I emailed billing over 24 hours ago and have not received a reply. If this is not fixed soon I am going to have to give a bad review as I have wasted over 20 hours learning something that I cannot actually buy!

I just want to express my frustration with this product and its self proclaimed “ease of use”, and how “The Famous 5-Minute Installation” is an insult to those of us who lack web knowledge and who came here hoping for an easy website solution.

I have a MacBook Pro running the latest OS X (10.8) and OS X Server (10.8). I assumed everything was ready, and expected to be started creating a website on my web server in minutes, but instead I ended up wasting a full day in frustration on Google and different ancient guides, trying to make this s*** work >:-(

Absolutely horrible documentation and installation procedure.
A day is wasted and ends in frustration over this mess of a product… >:-(
