I understand that I have to keep my posts alive within search engines like Google if I want people to find them near the top of their search lists. This type of plugin is good for that. I’m using the free version at the moment but that’s OK. I only need to manually share one or two posts per day. I wouldn’t want people to get board by seeing too many shared.

Setting Keep-Alive on WordPress Multisite

For one of the apps we’re running, we need to enable keep-alive for the our multisite wordpress site. Obviously, this “should” affect the entire multisite.

Are there any downsides to doing this?

Is there anyway to only enable it on one site?

A little details: Running on IIS, so not htaccess. Everything would have to be done in the web.config

Hey guys,

I’m sorry that the plugin has not been properly maintained. To be honest, I haven’t really had that much time for the past few years, but I’m going to try and be better.

I’ve updated the readme so that the plugin now claims to be compatible with 4.6.1, and my tests indicate that it’s still running smoothly, except for a few hiccups for some users.

Unfortunately, as I have not been around, some threads have been locked by WP staff, and I don’t seem to be able to open them again. So if you have any further complaints, questions etc, feel free to post a new thread about them. I’ll try my best to add any critical features and fixes.
