Hi there,

when I try to create a new banner with affiliates pro, I get a note aboute a fatal error according to safesvg:
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Too few arguments to function SafeSvg\safe_svg::featured_image_fix(), 2 passed in /home/839664.cloudwaysapps.com/fbvzkkasdm/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 308 and exactly 3 expected

Can somebody help me with that?

The plugin is ok, it works out of the box, if your language is English and if you have a very simple affiliate model in mind. However the UI is overly complex and confusing. There’s no clear, average WordPress administrator oriented line, IMO.

I’ve paid for the 5 sites Pro license.
The worst part is the support system. You may post a topic in a heavily moderated support forum. If the mod doesn’t like your for helpful pointers begging post (maybe because it was critical), it won’t get published, and you won’t receive support. Period.
But even if you sugarcoat the issue you need help with, it can take days of back-and-forth Q&A until the support comes up with a solution.
This is terrible (and really unacceptable) if you’re a webmaster trying to get your site ready for prime time. It’s a super slow, almost discriminating, support system in a fast paced web oriented world.
I’m going to request a refund and I will move on to a different affiliate plugin.

I’m building a website for my client. My client would like me to create an affiliate program where he users can go to the website and sign-up to be an affiliate, then provide others with a link to purchase one of his products, and if the person buys the product, the person who joined the affiliate program gains $5 in their account. I’ve purchased this plugin for the affiliate program he desires but I can’t seem to get this to work. Can you please explain how to do this?

Buying a website for my client and I’m on the final step, he would like me to add an affiliate program so that his users can apply for his affiliate program and when they use their link to the product, they earn $5 commission into their account that he will pay out.

I’ve been using the plugin Affiliates Pro (Link: https://www.itthinx.com/plugins/affiliates-woocommerce/ ) and they have a detailed documentation that I’ve gone through many times but I can’t seem to figure this out.

Has anyone found another solution to this, or know why I can’t figure out how to do it? I’m sure this plugin (hopefully) can preform this function (as it was $60…) but could anyone help me or explain how to do this? thanks

I’ve sent 3 emails to your contact email with a pre-sale question starting on Nov 6th but received no response. I’m reaching out here in hope someone will get back to me.

I’ve done research on your plugin and others about integrating with the Event Manager Pro plugin which uses its own Paypal buttons to process payments.

I believe I have to do some custom coding to integrate the two plugins using your API which I can do thanks to the code available on your website, however, I still have the following questions that were asked in my first email on Nov 6th.

1. I want to give different commission rates for different events (Event #1 = 25%, Event #2 = 10%, Event #3 = 0%, etc.). Will I be able to do this with your plugin?

2. Does your plugin track refunds and chargebacks?

No integration with Affiliates Pro

I’ve already installed Affiliates Pro 2.7.0 + Contact Form 7 3.9.3 + Affiliates Contact Form 7 Integration 3.1.0
but wordpress shows me this message:

The Affiliates Contact Form 7 Integration plugin requires an appropriate Affiliates plugin: Affiliates, Affiliates Pro or Affiliates Enterprise.

And No integration between Affiliates Pro and Contact Form.

If I delete Affiliates Pro and install Affiliates free, integration is OK and I see the submenu Contact Form 7 on Affiliates menu.

Why? Could you please help me?
