– Adding, update, delete plugins
– Modify profile
It works on the new profile but once login back to my profile…I realized that I now have the same restriction:
– no access to profile modification
– no access to the plugins section
When I want to modify the role to recover my full rights, I only have the “users” listing feature and no the “modification” feature.
THUS no access to my ADMIN role as not able to recover my full rights by modifying my profile…
=> so I’m locked out from my own admin role !
I’ve tried to deactivate the plugin via ftp but it didn’t change anything
Please, please, What can I do?? (No other admin)
Thanks for your help.
Best regards

]]>This is so frustrating to not able to login to my wordpress site using ANY account, I have multiple admin accounts and I can’t login with any.
I have tried to reset using “Lost your password” link or by going to cPanel and updating the password through database. Nothing worked. I have also renamed the plugins folder to deactivate them, but that didn’t solve the problem either. I also tried to create a brand new user from database, that didn’t work either.
I am stuck and my customers are asking for their photos, and I am not able to login to provide them any photo proofs.
Please HELP! Appreciate any help, I don’t want to loose customers.

Thank You

]]>I’m having an issue with the site url changing whenever I save something in the back end. I can navigate the site no problem, but as soon as I hit a Save button in the dashboard, it takes me to a 404 not found page.
The options seem to be saving, so it’s more annoying that it is an issue, but it’s taking me longer to do everything now.
The structure of the site url in question is https://xxx/plesk-site-preview/xxx/xxx/. I think the issue is with the multiple forward slashes, as on the “404 Not Found” page, the URL becomes “https://xxx/wp-admin/”
However for our preview sites, before we make them live, we kinda need the preview URL’s to work, and thats what we’re given so!
Many thanks
