In the list of albums on page wp-admin/admin.php?page=um_gallery, these actions do not do anything:
– checking the box for one or more albums in the list does not show any actions to select or perform, such as Delete.
– clicking on Delete for an album does nothing. The link for Delete goes to the current page.
In the page to edit an album, the Delete button for a photo (trash can icon) does nothing (it links back to the current page) and the Edit button also does nothing (it also links back to the current page).
We have a lot of garbage albums I need to get rid of but it doesn’t seem possible to delete them or any photos in them.
Also for users, it is impossible to see or delete photos they uploaded that are not currently in the set of 9 that are shown in their Profile gallery. How can members delete older photos that are not shown anymore after they uploaded more photos and the old ones aren’t visible?

I’ve got got a weird and maybe stupid problem. I have problems with the character encoding for my (german) blog:

With UTF-8 it looked fine even with ?, ü and ? characters as long as you were viewing the site with Internet Explorer. In Firefox however it always looked screwed up. So I tried changing the character encoding using wp-admin/options-reading.php
Since I’m a layperson, I just tried one coding after another, reloaded the blog, changed again and so on.
Now all of a sudden it defaults to UTF-7, no matter what I do. I cannot change anything anymore. When I change it and press “Update Options”, it gives me a summary site of all options being set, with UTF-7 still set.
I also cannot sign out anymore, nor change my profile.
It seems something’s been royally f*cked up thanks to my stupidity.
Now my simple question is: what could be causing this, OR where does it write these settings to, anyway? What is the name of the file I need to open using my FTP program, so that I could change these settings using a text editor?

I’ve checked and rechecked in several FTP-programs if all the files are there and in the right place. And they are. I’ve tried it with a new database. And still get the same message. And I’ve tried it with the WP-version translated to Dutch (that worked before on another log) and the original english version.
When I take a look at my log when I get the message above, the log states:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp() in /storage/…../public/sites/www.bruddstyker.nl/wp/wp-blog-header.php on line 16
I’ve removed the installation now, because the password of my database was showing. And that’s not what I want. But is there someone who can help me solve this problem? I’d really be grateful!

Thumbnail path invalid.
I’ve tried using WP-upload and the Filosofo Old-Style Upload plugin, both gave me the same warning.
Where did I go wrong…do I need to create a thumbnail file? Or something else…any help would be obliged.
