Getting issues after plugin update to version 2.0

Hi, after updating to version 2.0 I am getting many errors, and the admin panel also not working well due to this.

Latest Update crashed my wordpress admin

hi guys, just to let you know i updated to todays latest plugin release and it crashes my wordpress admin section so I’ve had to delete the plugin to regain access. Error is as follows in my logs:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘)’ in /wp-content/plugins/restropress/includes/admin/tools.php on line 439

I thought you should know, can you release a fix so I can reinstall.

[Plugin: Connections] Activation causes crash of WP Admin

Hello, I’m hoping someone can help me. I’ve tried this twice now and both times my Admin screens went away and I had to go through FTP to delete Connections just so I could get my admin screens back.

I’m running Thesis theme version 1.6 with the latest version of WordPress. As soon as I “Activate” Connections, the page either goes blank or gives me an error that it can’t connect to the database. As soon as I go into the site via FTP and rename the Connections plugin folder, the Admin comes back fine.

I’m successfully using this plugin with the CMap template on another site and I love it. I really need to get this installed for this client. Anyone have suggestions on the best way to proceed?

Fatal Error – Site and Admin Panel will not load.

I changed a bit of code in my bbpress.php file, it didn’t work, so I changed everything back and then my whole site crashed. I had copied the original bbpress.php and when I changed it back I copy and pasted the original back in, so it’s exactly the way it was. However when I tried to save the newly pasted code the admin panel crashed and the site crashed with this fatal error shown below. I can’t access any admin settings or look at the files through the admin panel.

I am helping a local charity organization supportted by oxfam

I made some changes in the general section of the admin page, it was where you can change the blog address. I changed the blog address to the address of another page on the same site (I did this so this was the 1st page anyone saw).

it seemed to run fine yesterday but today I can not login into the admin page and the when I try to go to the homepage, it just hangs, nothing happens.

can anybody help? what can I do to resolve this?

admin crash after editing permalinks

as a mistake I changed my permalinks in the admin
i know its not smart, but now i can no longer access my admin, and change it back to default. When i type in the /wp-admin it redirects to the home page.

i think i changed the default option for the permalinks into another ‘common option’: date and name based in the admin.
how ever i can still see the pages with the older permalink structure when i type in an old permalink for instance https://www.studiopolak.nl/?page_id=180.

I tried to overwrite some files via FTP, those where: admin.php, index.php, option-permalink.php, setup-config.php, wp-config.php, wp-login.php, wp-settings.php. but non of them made any difference

My website is operational but without the layout of css
it shows basic html: www.studiopolak.nl, and no access to the admin

if any one knows a solution to get back in the admin
i will be very pleased
