Hello, I currently have an error on the site about some woocommerce files that are outdated, when checking which ones are I see some from Royal Elementor Addons.

Your theme contains copies of some outdated WooCommerce file templates.?These files may need to be updated to ensure compatibility with the current version of WooCommerce.

This plugin is really a great collection of features and a vital extension to WordPress core. I initially came across it while looking for a search box block with an overlay. Now I discover more and more good blocks and features and I already activated anything under ?Site Addons“ which offers things like:

Website page loader
Page scroll indicator (very neat!)
Back to top button

Using this plugin has eleminated several single plugins i used before. Two more tips are: “content tooltips” (very useful to explain terms in the content e.g.) or “block visibilty” which offers show or hide the editor blocks per device.

The plugin / blocks are very well made and of great design quality and usability. Also the support is very friendly and helpful.

Addon Manager can’t be downloaded or directly installed

In the admin page for ‘Newsletter’ in my WordPress installation
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=newsletter_main_extensions
if I click on ‘Download addons manager’ I get a web page of gobbledegook.
Also, if I go to the support page for the Newsletter Addons Manager

and click on “Click on this link to download the official Addons Manager for Newsletter” I get a web page of gobbledegook.
Could you help please? I believe that I should be receiving a download from your website, but it is rendering the file to my web browser as if it were a web page. I tried two different web browsers.

Hi, I have three diferent questions.
1. I posted a test review and put on a profile pic but it doesn′t show. It shows the fallback avatar. How can I make it work? Here’s a settings picture. I translated the plugin so it’s in a poor spanish but… There it is.

2. Only a question, are you able to see all the reviews just with the Latest Reviews block? Or it just shows the recent ones?

3. Are the Review Filters and Review Forms addons for free? If it is, how can I add them to my plugin?

Can’t update Digital Download Addon

I have an active license for the mentioned addon and in the “License” menu, I can see my key on green background. However when I try to update the plugin it says “Unauthorized”. I tried to remove license and add it again but with no luck.

Add to cart validation error

I have a dokan multivendor marketplace and since i installed the version 2.0.0 of the plugin, I’m facing an issue trough the validation process.
The category addons which belong to another vendors are taken into consideration when validating so i get a error message saying these addons are required.
I reinstalled the version 1.6.7 and everything went back to normal.
I hope you fix it soon.
