Trying to add the Ultimate Social Icons and Share Plugin as a widget on my main left panel. (Under the PDF offer)
I have tried the basic code
[DISPLAY_ULTIMATE_SOCIAL_ICONS]
and the full one

but both show as ERROR when I try to update.

Hello,
When I visit the detail or listing pages on my test site, I see that the main (content) area is shorter than sidebar (because sidebar has some widgets).

I can add widgets to the Home page content area, but I have not seen any such area for widgets for the listing, content or search sections. Surely widgets can be added to the top and bottom areas but they are not always suitable.

Is there a way to add widgets to the “content” areas of those sections?

What is the best way to add a widget to the header? Someone was able to create a widget on the top nav bar by creating an empty php file with some code. Would that apply here as well?

I’d like to add the buddypress sign in and event finder on top.

Hi All
I am creating my first WP site using the Responsive Theme Link here. I want to duplicate the three home page widgets on the “Services” page only (although this may change as the site develops). Is this possible? I am a complete WP newbie so simple instructions are necessary!!

Several “Text widgets” in the same sidebar

I’m trying to build a sidebar for the main page, made of several widgets. I’ve decided to use 3-4 Text widgets, in order to put simple banners within, so that they put some colour between data widgets.

I’ve used very simple HTML for images. But I find that only the first Text widget works. The second one (on that sidebar) is “invisible”.

I’ve read some in documentaion regarding an Add link (to add as many “copies” as you need of a widget) but I don’t find that link next to every widget title or… where is it?

I’m using the black splat 3 column widget ready theme. However, it’s only allowing me to post widgets on sidebars of column 2 and 3. How do I go about adding widgets to column 1? Would like to add them to the posts. Please help, this is driving me crazy!

Cannot access presentation tab in 2.5

Please help,
I am a newbie and am using 2.5. I am unable to access the presentation tab to add a new widget. I am following Yaro’s blogging tutorial #10

I went to design and don’t see the sidebars 1 and 2 that he says to drag the widget into.

I am completely new to this, so please don’t think I’m a fool!
I am trying to create a cyberpet widget on an edubuzz website. I have checked the helpscreens and entered my code, however, this code appears on the website and not the cyberpet. I have tried to add it as a text widget and also as a widgetbox but still cannot get it to work. I have used all of the code and also I have tried just some of the code. Can you please help!
