Enquiry about anything (not only woocommerce products)

I’m working on a website that sells products but not directly through the site.

My client wants that when a user visits the site he will be able to select a product or multiple products which are stored in a floating box and visible to the user along the all site and in the end the user sends is questions about the products he selected. It’s like a add to cart but only for enquiry and with the floating box.

So far I found these solutions:

The problem is that none of them has exactly what I need and they all are for the woocommerce plugin and I want to be able to insert the add to enquiry button anywhere on the site for example on a portfolio item.

Has anyone had a similar problem?

I’m using the Avada theme. Appreciate all the help you guys can give me!

How can I (what plugin) add check marks next to block quotes so visitors could add them to a list that they can access.

Also, does anyone know how to add a line break in the middle of a lone without starting new paragraph.

Hello

I was able to find a plugin for “Add to Google”.. But I was wondering if I can find a plugin or a widget text that I can use to allow more, like Yahoo, Bloglines, etc… Is there anything that will allow a user to post to digg, facebook, MySpace..?
