I am new to wordpress and have just created a blog. I have the primany navigation menus. Under couple of the menus, I have created sub-pages, I will be writing posts and want to add these posts to the subpages. So how do I add posts to a page?!! I have searched and youtubed but cannot find help!

I have a website where people add their receits via front-end form based on ACF pro plugin. The post itself is a custom post type.

The mDocs Posts are automatically generated when a file is uploaded thru “Memphis Docs > Add New Document” manually?
All files need to be manually uploaded via “Memphis Docs > Add New Document”? (Not thru “mDocs Posts > Add Post” as uploaded attachments when creating a post.)
“mDocs Posts > Add Post” – what is that for?
Is it to write a post with docs from the Document Library as attachments?

My problems:
I’m getting an error code 500 in Chrome and a blank page in my other browsers when I try to create a new page or post.
When I look at my list of already created posts and pages nothing shows up. I can see the number of all pages, published, drafts, and trash perfectly fine. I can even see all of my categories, but the space that should be populated with the list is blank.
My attempts so far:
I’ve deactivated all of my plugins from the plugins panel… no help.
Removed all plugins from the ftp… nothing.
Updated my theme via ftp… nada.
Searched for an htaccess doc to edit (like I’ve seen in many posts) but didn’t find one.
My situation:
I’m working off a local server closed off from out of network access (so I can’t link anyone to my site) and according to my network admin everything is working as it should on the server.
All of my pages themselves display fine when I browse to them.
Any guidance would be GREATLY appreciated.
