We are using WooCommerce Subscriptions and Woo All Products For Subscriptions on a client site. We recently changed the PayPal extension we were using for this one but there’s one weird thing that is not working.
For a new subscription order, I see both our Credid Card payment method (Stripe) as well as the PayPal Standard Payment option from this plugin.
The issue is, we need to have the customers who started subscriptions under the old PayPal extension be able to change their payment method by going to their account, My SubScription then clicking the Add Payment Method button. The Stripe Credit Card payment option shows there but not PayPal. The old PayPal Express method from the old extension was showing there so why not this plugin’s?
Any idea what might be going on?

We choose Stripe as payment provider. But fields to enter card details on My account / add-payment-method/ are to thin and one cannot see the numbers entered nor enter them.

Our customer has a subscription and their bank was expired and tried to add a new bank account details, but unfortunately this error occurs when trying to click the add payment method.

]]>I’m needing to onboard a specific set of users via a link, which gets them to create an account, then add a payment method.
My goal was to display the “Add Payment Method Stripe Form” but when I call that function, all I get is a list of available payment gateways, and no form.
If I inspect the page, see that the div has a style of display: none;
, when removed, the fields appear with no input boxes, just labels.
Is this because it’s not the endpoint /my-account/add-payment-method/
and
is_add_payment_method_page()
is not true? Is displaying on another page not possible?
Any advice would be great!
]]>For logged in users, when they go to add-payment-method, and submits credit-card detail, it spins for few seconds and then it gives below error.
There was an error saving your payment method. Reason: Customer ID is invalid.
We are still in sandbox mode so not sure if its related to it. but any help would be appreciated. thanks
]]>At some point the SkyVerge plugin will stop working with Woocommerce and we will be forced to move to a different payment plugin. Woocommerce recommends we use this plugin, but it does not allow customers to manage their saved payment methods and if we switch, all active subscriptions will be put on hold and customers will be required to reenter their card information.

Reached out to WooCommerce support they recommended I install Storefront theme and disable other extensions to see if that resolves it…it did not (screen – https://www.majordesigns.co/screenshots/screenshot.120.jpg ).
WooCommerce support told me “Yes, the stored cards are available for any purchase on your store, as long as the customer logs into their account on your store :)”
So hoping I’m just missing something? Perhaps something needs added to the functions.php file or something. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Works great – but only the “payment methods” is making trouble.
If I click on it, I get to “…/my-account/payment-methods/”
It’s saying: “No saved methods found.”
There is a button below “Add Payment Method”.
If I click on it, it’s showing me in “…/my-account/add-payment-method/”:
“Sorry, it seems that there are no payment methods which support adding a new payment method. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.”
1) How can I add a payment method?
2) How can I change the page that is shown? I tried to change it by changing the endpoint’s name with a page I already had for payment methods. It’s not changing anything.
3) How can I remove that link “payment methods” in my account?
