]]>I’m french, so I installed a french version of WordPress.
But, accustomed to the english interface I changed the language of the admin.
In this context I notice the page Add New Member didn’t work at all.
If I put the admin in French, the page Add New Member works seems to work better, showing more field and button. We can register Team member, but the add/media button and the description field didn’t work either.
I have no idea if it’s the “french” which is important or the “default” language.

]]>I have 2 navigation menu bars above and below the headers. For those interested in seeing it,,,, www.myielts.ca is the site and perhaps someone can tell me what I need to do or what particular plugins I will need.
Basically what I am looking for is when people come to the site, they can either browse freely, sign up as a free member, or sign out as a paid member.
Both free and paid members will have access to 25% of the material that will be posted while detailed video lessons, online support, and so on will only be for the paid members.
What I am having difficulty in organizing is the tabs and menus and how to direct the plugin to the right spot and which plugin would suit me best. I hope I can find a bit of support here and sorry if this question has been mentioned already.
