Also, I don’t like the block editor in WordPress and I do not use it. I enabled it for the sake of creating the Newsletter sign-up form and then went back to using the classic editor. Is there another way to create and modify this same form using the classic editor?

Lastly, what is the best way to get support? I tried going through the creative mail dashboard but could not find a working means of receiving support.

Thank you. I think Creative Mail looks like a promising solution for me. I did not take to MailChimp at all. I found it unintuitive and clunky. I will subscribe to CreativeMail once I work these things out.

I used Zerif-Lite theme to create my website (it is the first web site that I created with WordPress and WooCommerce).
I need to change the standard billing information:
1. I have to set the company name (IT: Ragione Sociale) as not required (not compulsory I mean)
2. I have do add one more field (Codice SDI), not required as well.

Could you kindly suggest me how to do this?

We are wondering if anyone has a solution to this requirement. We want to allow a user to add another text field at the click of a button which would extend the input opportunities for say, a job application form.

So a user might have more than 2 qualifications to enter but the current text boxes only allow for 2 qualifications to be entered. Could we put a plus button at the bottom of this which would add a 3rd text field which would also in turn be sent to the email address attached to the WordPress account.

I want to add a viewable “Job Title” field to qualify the subscribers better.

Just updated Participants Database from version 1.5.4.9 to 1.6.2.5

When I try to add a new field title in the database, the ‘Add Field’ button remain inactive and I therefore don’t succeed to add the new field.

Can you help?

Problem is when i go to Add new field section,

and i add a select option field.

I Only have 2 options OPTION A nad OPTION B,

how can i add more OPTIONS. I need at least 4

ANY FIX? cant just pay $30 for 2 more option box.

and how to extend length of row on check out page..

The pop up form appears, I enter the specs, then click on Create Registration Field button at the bottom, and nothing happens.

If I click the Create Registration Field a second time, an error message appears telling me the field already exists.

But the field does not appear under Custom Registration Profile Fields list. It says no custom fields are configured. And the custom fields do not appear in the register form.

This happens in Safari, Firefox and Chrome.

I have deactivated all plugins (except S2Member Pro), switched themes, and scanned the server with s2-server-scanner.php.

I can’t see where my error is.

Any ideas?
