Error when manually adding a booking

Hi,

We are seeing the following error when trying to add a booking from the backend.

‘Custom field validation failed. Custom field value is missing or invalid’

I’ve searched around for a clue to what’s happening to cause this but everything looks okay. Our custom fields are basic and there’s no validation setting to apply to them.

Please can you help?

It’s not possible to make a reservation for a few days now.

Once the Court, the day and time has been chosen, it’s impossible to go to the next step.
The contact information fields are not clickable. So we don’t know how to finalize the reservation.

add booking in frontend for admins

Hi, I need the possibilty to use the “add booking” function without payment in frontend. Is there any shortcode like [CP_APP_HOUR_BOOKING id=”1″ admin=”1″] to skip the payment procedure?

Since I bought this plugin, I own all addons but couldn’t find anything regarding this. The “add booking” in backend is awful to use for my client and he shouldn’t have to go to wordpress to add a booking. He prefers a password protected frontend page.

Also adding bookings by google calendar brought us in trouble, since the imported data is all empty and he didn’t want to use the google calendar for adding bookings.

Could you please give me an advice? The client is willed to pay some bucks for this enhancement, but should be “upgrade safe”.

“Block Times” and “Add Booking” not displayed

Hello everyone,
I have got the following problem: The calander itself is working fine, its just that when I try to enter the section “Block Times” or “Add Booking” the page appears blank – meaning it is not possible to Block or Book any dates manually.

I am using the newest Version of WordPress (5.4.1) and DIVI Builder, PHP update should be done by the end of this week (but I do not know what the current version is, as I am not the owner of the Server and therefore have not got access to this information.)

Does anyone have an idea what I could try to solve the problem?
I am thankful for any kind of advice, thanks!

1- Is there a way to enter bookings taken ouside the plugin and show them as booked/unavailable?

2- Is there a way to send an email instead of sending to direct to PayPal?

My questions are valid either for free of paid version of the plugin.
