My plugin’s statistics have stopped working. How can I fix it?

I published a WordPress plugin, and suddenly my [Active Versions] stats stopped working. 100% [active versions] are shown as 1.0, but that’s not correct. Here is the screenshot

I installed version 2.0.5 of the plugin on my website, so it can’t be that 100% of the active versions are 1.0. Screenshot

I’ve waited for 1 week, and it’s still the same.

I emailed the support, and now it’s been 10 days, but they haven’t replied. What can I do to fix this [active version] issue? Also, because of this issue, I’m not sure if the [Active Installations] are still being tracked correctly for my plugin or not.

I have a plugin with 100+ active installs with version 1.1. I released an
updated version 1.2. However, active version still shows 100% for version
1.1 and nothing for 1.2.

Can you let me know how often these active installs and active versions are
calculated?

Also do I have to wait till 200 active installs (Next available figure) too
see any updates on active versions.

Wrong active versions stats!

Hi,

I routinely update my plugin. Last week I have released the version 2.3.1 but the active versions stat still shows just 1.1 which is definitely wrong. I am in contact with some of my users and I know they are updating as soon as I release a new version.

[Plugin Callback Request] Active versions not showing up

Hi,
Recently i noticed on other peoples plugins it shows active versions of their plugin. However for my plugin it doesnt show up for some reason. Would anyone know why this may not show up? Is it because there are no active users of it?

I’m curious – has there been a recent change to the API which is pulling this data into the plugins’ stats page?

I’ve noticed that all my plugins are now showing as 100% current version, which I know is not true. (Example: Dynamic Content Gallery)

Any light that can be shed on this ‘mystery’ will be gratefully received. Thanks!

Does WordPress ping back to the WordPress servers when people log in to the admin pages with information on active plugins? Or otherwise, how are active version charts determined?
