]]>This problem has been going on for several years now and I haven’t found a definitive solution. I have to do some tricks to activate them on the clients, what’s happening to them?
Do you think it’s possible to generate a token or license code in the wordpress administration where the simba plugin is installed in the user list for each user who has the license and thus send that token to the client and the client activates the license locally?
It’s strange but I think the recaptcha only appears when I activate the plugin, so the other functionality of receiving updates that YahnisElsts uses works well, or if you can think of another solution that you can advise me, or if it is necessary to develop the functionality that I mentioned, it could contribute to the development.

]]>I have a problem with activating the plugin.
I installed it from the search in the plugins section on my site, it downloaded without problems and appeared in the list of plugins.
However, when I click the Activate button, a few seconds pass and the page simply reloads…
I did not notice any errors in the console or notifications, the plugin remained inactive after that.
Please give me a direction where to dig.
]]>I just noticed that when we deactivate/reactivate your plugins (free and premium) to perform internal tests or troubleshooting, all of our cache files are deleted. Not good.
Can you kindly look into this and provide a quick fix? (i.e., patch).

]]>I have activated the EventPrime free in WordPress using the key in my Orders. I want to activate your Elementor extension (using the Elementor key I have in Orders). The problem is I do not have another “Row” to put a second licence key in.
In step 5 on this page?https://theeventprime.com/adding-license-keys-eventprime/?it shows there will be an additional row, but I only have one row which has my EventPrime Free licence in there. And no ability to create a second row for a second key.
