I just installed the plugin in version 2.0.7 on my WordPress v6.0 site, activated it, and tried to create acronyms. When I visit the overview with all acronyms everything works normal but when I try to create a new acronym (both acronym and full text are entered) and click on “Add acronym” an WordPress error page appears that says “Sorry, you do not have permission to access this page.” (translated from German to English).
I’m using the plugin with the default root user. Permissions haven’t been changed on the site, so it’s the default setup.
To ensure that, it isn’t a WordPress v6.X conflict I tested it also on another site running on WordPress 5.9.X. On this site, the same issue occurs as described above.
Thanks in advance for your help!

]]>Sitewide Metas
Hide RSD Links
Hide WLW Manifest Links
Hide Shortlink for posts
Hide RSS Links
What are RSD Links?, what are WLW manifests?
Why would someone want to hide RSS links?
Add noodp meta robots tag sitewide:
Prevents search engines from using the DMOZ description for pages from this site in the search results.
That’s cool, good description, however I have no idea what DMOZ is so it makes little sense to me.
Rest of the options are OK, pretty self explanitory. Now I just need to decided if breadcrumbs, categories, archives or tags are better to get indexed by.
Social -> Have no idea why you need this, I guess if you’re doing your own social intergration?
XML sitemaps -> fine, pretty limited options compared to Goog XML by Arne; I disabled it anyway; assuming Yoast is better.
Permalink Settings
Strip the category base (usually /category/) from the category URL.
I guess then it doesn’t matter whether you set noindex on categories or not? Why would you want to do this? For instance tick this if you want to use tags as your main navigation?
Redirect attachment URL’s to parent post URL.
Attachments to posts are stored in the database as posts, this means they’re accessible under their own URL’s if you do not redirect them, enabling this will redirect them to the post they were attached to.
So stuff like images and videos inside a post are stored as child posts and this links back to their parent? Why is this needed?
Internal Links | RSS, all the rest are self explanitory just need a bit of clarity on those listed above. Thanks guys.

]]>I kind of guessed the functions in the plugin and translated exactly what I needed for it to work.
If anyone wants a partially translated version of this one let me know. I’m not sure just yet how to delete your acronyms and abbreviations but I know it can’t be difficult.
Anyways, looks like is the only working plugin (with WP 3.0.4) around.
Thanks!

]]>Currently WordPress Manage Plugins says there is a version 1.1 and the Downloads page says it is at 1.1 but the downloaded zip is for 1.0. So, neither automated or manual updates can be made to bring my plugin up to 1.1. I am deleting this plugin since TFS Acronymit is the function I want but it doesn’t work.

]]>I can’t find how to use acronym with my WordPress setup… I do not see the right button under Tinymce and cannot find any plugin to add such fonctionality. Okay, I find some but they all seem to be based on a acronym replacement philosophy (you have a to edit a list of acronym and the plugin will do the code for it). I would like to see a plugin where you can create acronym for each post when you want by a simple but effectiv and unique set of caracters. The goal is to fin a special set of characters that a plugin will automatically identify and manage… E.g. :
WP_(WordPress) will be replaced byt the right acronym code.
