When Accept button is clicked, the scripts are still not allowed

If I clear all the cookies from this plugin and refresh, I see that

cookielawinfo-checkbox-others	no				
cookielawinfo-checkbox-advertisement	no	
cookielawinfo-checkbox-analytics	no	
cookielawinfo-checkbox-performance	no	
cookielawinfo-checkbox-functional       no

are what the plugin’s cookies contain.
When I click on the Accept button, nothing changes. The attributes don’t change to yes and I also don’t get any data from Google Analytics.

However, if go to Cookie Settings via the button and individually toggle the scripts on, it works.

I thought I saw a previous post about how you are supposed to click a checkbox first before clicking Accept, but there isn’t one, and that post is over a year old.

Why are the cookies not accepted once I click Accept?

Hi,

Thanks for this awesome plugin, but getting on issue. I’ve added GTM code in non-necessary section, but on clicking “Accept” button, GTM code is not being added to page. It only appears if page is refreshed manually.

Note: I’ve disable page load on Accept button click. (And I disabled this option, as on page refresh a lot of Google Analytics related information was getting lost).

Edit: Please disregard, looked like cache was causing this to load every page, after clearing cache it is behaving correctly

Buonasera e grazie mille per questo fantastico plugin… mi chiedo come sia possibile che una persona abbia generato un così perfetto plugin al servizio degli altri gratuitamente. Davvero una bellissima cosa. Volevo chiedere un piccolo aiuto. Non sono riuscito a capire e a trovare nel plugin la funzione per accettare e disabilitare i cookies. Mi spiego meglio… vorrei cambiare completamente il pulsante creandone uno.nuovo ma ovviamente devo dare al pulsante di accettazione la funzione per eseguire il comando. Solo che non so.come fare. Posso chiederti la cortesia di indicarmi la funzione da richiamare in Java script? Perché se indico la classe skc accept mi combina un disastro. Ti ringrazio in anticipo e spero.di non scocciare con questa richiesta un po’ superflua.

I’ve installed Sliced Invoices on my WP.
I’ve created a quote and sent it by mail to my customer.
Th customer receives the mail but when he clicks on accept button, nothing happens!

Has somebody got the same issue?
How to solve this?

Accept button doesn’t work on Mobile

Hi,
We are using the GDPR plugin on our WordPress site and it works great for the desktop version. However, our mobile users are unable to click the “Accept” button. It shows the touch as the button depresses, but no action occurs. They can click the X and are also able to read the Privacy Policy but are unable to get any action out of the Accept button.
We have a chatbot enabled on every page as well, but I have disabled it and re-tested without it running and I am still unable to click the “Accept” button to make the cookie message go away.

I’m trying to set up the plugin. But I’m struggling with getting it to work correctly. When I click the Accept button, nothing seems to happen. The bar stays stuck to the bottom of my screen.

Pulsante Accetto non funzionante se attivato blocco automatico

innanzitutto grazie per il supporto costante al plugin.

Ho notato che attivando il blocco automatico il pulsante accetto non è più utilizzabile.

Inoltre non riesco a capire come l’utente possa “revocare” il consenso dei cookie perchè il popup scompare dopo che viene premuto il pulsante accetto.

Hi. The accept button doesn’t seem to do anything, it just refreshes the page and keeps showing the button. Perhaps cache related? I’m using Swift Performance Pro.
