Hi,
I could not figure out how to fix this, so I was hoping if anyone on this forum would be able to help me.

inside Ultimate Member> settings > appearance > Profile menu I have set all the tabs to be visible by the profile owners and the only tab set to be visible by anyone is the About tab but when I visit a user profile, the information inside the profile tab is there but the Profile tab and the heading is not; I have added a picture below for you to see what I mean, In my case is the black line. as soon as I set all other tabs to specific roles,the black line and about tab with person icon will disappear.

I want that black header with person Icon to be visible

“Your profile is empty” shows even though the user has a Bio

Is there any way to erase “Your profile is empty” text on the About tab, or how would I make the “Your profile is empty” Text go away when a user has a bio or how can I make info go under the about tab?

All information on the form about the member does not appear on the about tab.
How to make About tab editing?
How can I make all the information on the form look like about tab?

Finally, I can not update the information in member profiles. When I click “Information”, the data there is not updated. How do I update this? How to update address, age information?

Text box being pushed down on About tab, but not Latest Posts tab

I can’t find the CSS to fix this. When you’re on the About tab, the box containing the text about the author is being pushed way down for some reason. The Latest Posts tab does not have this problem.

Also, a couple notes on this plugin: I really like the feel it creates for the author box overall, however, there are some really annoying things about it. Like, why make the text all caps in the About tab? There should at least be an option for that, rather than make us change it via CSS, as I imagine most would prefer regular capitalization.

And several of the Theme settings for Starbox don’t seem to work at all! Like Topstar and Topstar round, and Minimal. The author box just disappears altogether on the post.

The last thing is the worst: Why can’t you take the Social Media info from the fields already supplied by WordPress in the User info? For a blog with a lot of authors, that’s a lot of very unnecessary cutting and pasting!!! If it’s just to get our emails (since we have to do that to “unlock” the social icons), that’s going pretty low.

I deleted my “about” tab

This is my first time trying to blog. When fumbling around my page I apparently deleted my “about” tab. I thought I was deleting the generic text that was already there, but apparently not. I have looked everywhere but cannot figure out how to get it back. Can anyone help me please?
