How to Undo all wordfence settings without wp-admin ? It caused 504 error

My website has a 504 gateway error since 2 days .
I edited the firewall settings on wordfence and , i don’t remember very well,i think i checked a PHP setting box , to make the security level higher. Since then, my website can’t load. It tries and fails.
Is there any way to undo wordfence settings without wp-admin ? i think some changes have been made in the core, then even if i rename the plugin folder and deactivate the plugin in the database, the settings won’t be reset.
Please help !

504 Gateway Error

Hi there – I have access to my site both front and back end, but when I click ‘pages’ on the left menu I get a screen that says 504 Gateway Error.

I have recently added an affiliate link to one of my pages. Could that be causing the problem?

Plugin causing 504 gateway error when submitting a post for review

Hi,

I am noticing an issue where when a user with no publishing rights tries to submit a post for review, he/she gets a 504 gateway error. But when the plugin is turned off, the post is submitted just fine. I tested this even with twenty seventeen theme with all other plugins turned off and just Permalinks Customizer on and the issue still occurs. More details on our WordPress installation are below

WordPress version: 4.9.6
Theme: Avada – 5.4
PHP Memory Limit: 512 MB
PHP Post Max Size: 64 MB
Permalinks Customizer Version : 1.3.9

504 Gateway Error

Problem
With USM active, every time i update a post or page the WordPress backend fails with a Gateway 504 error. The update succeeds and the frontend displays fine. It takes about 10 minutes for the service to recover.

All plugins are up to date as is WordPress.

I am running the site on a Synology DiskStation (916+ 8GB RAM)and, by default, that runs very few php 5.6 FPM processes. I am easing the numbers up to see if i can find a break point where the services are adequate. But so far without luck.

I’d appreciate any advice you can give please.

Mangopay is blocking my dashboard

This morning, I faced a really annoying problem. I had a 504 Gateway Error. After digging in the slow error logs, and with the help of my host (Flywheel is so great), we figured out that Mangopay was trying to get a list of data that made the access of wp-admin quite impossible.

When Flywheel deactivated Mangopay, I could access to the dashboard.
Is there a setting that I could change to prevent the issue to happen again ?

Advance search throws 504 Gateway error

Hi ,
I am running WordPress 4.7.3,and on our website when we make a advance search 7/10 time the user gets 504 gateway error. Can you please tell me whats going wrong here.
The advance search should give the results of locations for the selected State on the business directory – google maps module. But it throws 504 gateway error most of the times.

For over a week, I have been getting ‘504 Gateway Error’ in everything I want to do from my WP Admin section.
Ranging from Posting of posts, Creating of pages, Uploading pictures and any other form of admin activity.
I got distressed and installed a fresh wordpress but the problem persists.
The sites loads well when you visits i but I cant do any Admin activity from my dashboard. My Site Is imtnewsblog.com.ng
