We already reported this issue on the free forum.
There is confict between translate press and YITH gift cards plugin.
Not sure what is causing the issue, but when both plugins are activated we are getting 500 internal error on our website.
Steps to reproduce.
Switch website language from primary to secondary language. (e.g. Serbian to English)
Click on anything.
Funfact is that when YITH gift card is disabled everything works fine.
Also if you stay on primary language everything works fine.
Just combination with YITH card activated and secondary language, website crashes.
]]>I noticed this when troubleshooting other theme/plugin issues and was deactivating plugins one by one. It’s not really a problem or bug, but just an annoying hassle if your forget about it and do things in the wrong order.
Any way this could be avoided in the PRO plugin’s coding by some way that just makes it auto-deactivate if the regular plugin is not activated, or in a way that just makes it not throw 500 errors?
Edit: OH, and feel free to correct me if I’m wrong, or if this behavior is isolated to just the sites I work on.

]]>My first problem occurred before I downloaded any additional themes or plugins, and has persisted throughout my use. In the customize section of the theme tab in ‘appearance’, I have a blank white page where the theme template should be. This also occurs whenever I attempt to ‘live preview’ a theme.
My next problem occurs in my site functionality, as I am unable to view any other pages but my home page (the domain name that I have registered). When I try and preview pages that I created, it shows an “Oops, this page cannot be display.” sort of message, while still maintaining my theme and header image.
I had downloaded multiple themes, as I didn’t know that they carried malware, but have since deleted all but the one I am using for my site. As I said though, the problems with my admin page had existed before I downloaded anything.
If it is relevant, I am running on Mac OS 10.5.8, and as a result am running on Firefox verson 3.5.2. I don’t know if that could be the perpetrator, but these are the facts.
I hope somebody can help, as I would very much like to have the site up and running by mid-week.

My register link is: https://blog.kitchentherapy.us/wp-register.php
Even if you follow the register link on the login page:
you also get the HTTP 500 Internal server error.
I have a lovely 500 error, can’t get to the site https://www.prettyvintagechina.com I haven’t installed WP yet, I uploaded it to the server and that is when the 500 error started.
If I take it off I get the normal holding page.
Any ideas?
]]>I am using WordPress locally (using Mamp) in the process of building my first child theme. I have gotten the child theme up and running containing only my css stylesheet. As soon as I start adding other files like the header.php, functions.php I get an 500 internal server error.
I have tried deactivating and reactivating the child theme, same thing happens. As soon as I remove the files, everything is back to working like normal.
I have edited the css and it is working properly. Would anyone know why I get and error when adding the other files? Any help would be appreciated! Thank you so much!
]]>My wordpress based blog gets down several times a day, and I’m also suffering with the error “500 Internal server error” when I load my website, and I asked for their help numerous times but all I get was useless answers.
I even tried to upgrade my account to their 4 grid hosting (supposedly better), yet non of issues were solved, if fact things have became even worse !
I tried to google my frequent “500 internal sever error” problem just to find out that many out there are suffering the same problem with GoDaddy.
I heard turning of the FastCGI may resolve the problem, but I don’t know how to do that, do any one have any idea ? This will be my last chance with GoDaddy then I’m moving to another webhosting company.
The funny thing is that when I asked friends who are running similar blogs with other web hostings, they said their blogs were down maybe once or twice during a whole year, while my GoDaddy hosted blog gets down 10/20 times a day !!
Thanks GoDaddy for ruining my life and my hardwork !
