It’s been a while now that our website won’t load with 3G or 4G connection on mobile devices. At beginning the problem was seen only on iPhone devices but now we get complaints from android users as well.
I need to know if you have dealt with the same problem in the or if you have any idea how could this be solved. We have a big problem with this since we are a webradio and people can’t see our site.
Everything is working perfectly with Wi fi connection.
Thank you very much!
]]>I am on it for the last few months. it worked fine until last week after which i could no more open the dashboard. it wont load at all. i thought my net speed is slow but every other website worked just fine. now somehow when the dashboard did load, i could no more post anything or add any media because each time i would press publish, it would load for a long time and say server timed out.
However, with my 3G connection on my phone i can smoothly do everything.
I contacted my host i.e. godaddy as well as my ISP provider. both of them put blame on the other. Now i am losing out on visitors and money. Please help me out
]]>I am having an issue with my wordpress site. It seems that I can’t load it over my wifi on any device but it works fine on my phone using 4g.Ijust keep getting the following error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function ff_wp_kses() in /home/nf032/public_html/wp-content/themes/nation/install/init.php on line 97
It only seems to happen when I install a custom theme I have downloaded from themeforest, so at first i thought this might be the issue, but when uploading them to another site they worked seamlessly and my web host can load it just fine so it must be something to do with me I guess.
I’ve tried clearing cache and cookies on my laptop, rebooting the website and reinstalling wordpress and uploading files via ftp but to no avail.
Could anyone help me?
Thank you

Site to test: radiobol.tk
]]>the site itself displays just fine, but when i go to the admin sign-in page and write my username and password, it keeps loading without going anywhere. assuming the cookies have already been created, i tried going to another page in the admin panel that wasn’t the dashboard homepage, and it opened!
but only some pages work while others don’t (themes, new post and updates, for example) but the plugins page, the settings, users, etc just keep loading as if firefox is still trying to load the whole page.
all these pages work in chrome, mind you, but i don’t want to use chrome every time i want to make a post or edit something minor =\
in the firefox error console it tells me:
Warning: Error in parsing value for ‘background-image’. Declaration dropped.
Source File: https://baskoot.fatafeet.net/wp-admin/css/colors-fresh.min.css?ver=3.5.1
Line: 1
and same error for different values like zoom, filter, box-sizing.
I didn’t change anything in my wordpress installation (i even reinstalled the version i had already (newest) hoping for a bugfix)
it worked fine until recently, i didn’t install or install anything. i had a change in internet provider, does that make a difference? even though it seems my blog and one other website (a huge vb forum) are affected, not sure if they’re linked in any way. the vb forum doesn’t open at all while my admin pages open partially.
i don’t know if it’s a problem with the blog itself or firefox or my internet, as i’ve tried removing any spyware\viruses, uninstalling adblocks from my browser, allowing firefox through any firewall i might have on my computer (windows XP) and cleared the cash and cookies several times. i tried creating a new user in the blog and it had the same problems signing in (pages keep loading forever)
here’s some info:
wordpress version: 3.5.1
hosting: hostgator
blog language: arabic\english
system: windows XP
browser: firefox 20.0
internet provider: Mobily 4G (saudi arabia)
antivirus: avast
thank you for your time (′?ω?`)
