ラベル編集やロコトランスレーターで日本語にできますが、日付や名前など一部が英語の表記（逆転）になるため、日本の表記に対応して欲しい。

こちらの2つのファイルがないのが原因だったそうですが、新しいバージョンから削除されているようです？
こちらはどうしたらよいでしょうか。

Our wordpress website has gone blank except for the middle part of the bottom screen. I imagine it could be a cache related problem but I am unable to find out why and how to fix it.
I have tried deactivating all plugins, re-installing wordpress, deleting the cache folder in wp-contents with no luck. Clicking on the links on the page jumps to that page but only one part of the page is shown.
When I install a new theme, the site changes on preview, but the changes isn’t shown after activation.
