Zita used to be my go to theme for new websites and it worked well. Their support used to be a 48 hour turnaround which is completely fine.
Now I have been waiting one month for a simple fix to a bug in the mobile menu and they don’t seem interested.
My advice is do lots of research before splashing out on a pro license.

I gave administrator access to Shivam in e-mail because a I was not able to import Eleto template.
I made a new user and gave the informations to them.
They made my site work and then delete my user.
I was able to log in with the username and password I gave them and I could clearly saw that they deleted my user.

The removal of the user was a technical issue. I was in panic that is why this review was born.

They “attempted” to help me fix my site so it would do what I needed it to do, but each time, they would leave off 90% of the issues I had requested to be fixed, and wouldn’t tell me when they had completed what they thought they needed to. After going back and forth multiple times, and being ignored when requesting a refund, they have told me that they won’t refund my money because it’s not a “bug”. Almost a month of time wasted with empty promises for a crap product that doesn’t work.
If you are thinking of using this theme, proceed with caution. You’re better off with a different theme – one where their 30 day money back guarantee is an ACTUAL guarantee that you’ll be satisfied, and they actually WILL refund your money without hassle. It’s not just a bogus “guarantee” that their product has no bugs.

I use the ‘Freely’ theme, plethora of options, everything works well.
To top it all, very quick support even on the free theme.

Have all the major themes for page builders and I have to say glad I tried Zita – surprised at how easy it is to use and the free version has some features even the Pro versions don’t. Want to see this theme grow and develop so took the plunge and bought the Pro (best and fairest pricing as well).
For the Theme Developers (I’ve already asked but asking here again LOL)
Ability to have more than one sticky menu – Love using the side menu but would like to also see the top menu have the ability to be fixed when scrolling as well. if not in the settings, perhaps some Code/CSS to help?
Gotta go play more with the theme and it’s power and move my sites over to the Zita.
