Hi, I have an issue with loading the navigation in mobile layout. Under the button there should be menu items in the mobile layout. But it’s missing. The developer tool shows that load-style.php is missing.

The Home page of our site just stopped working. I read about cache issues so I installed W3 Total Cache. I’ve tried deactivating most of my plug-ins. Nothing changes. All the other pages of the website work fine. It’s just the Home page.

Is it possible to change the order of the social icons in the footer and under the team photo. happy to change code or add css.

I have been checking this site for a while and I have tried multiple things to no avail. I know the theme is no longer under development, but maybe if you could suggest something it would help.

First, I have asked the customer to update the theme, but they said they don’t want to do it for the time being.

The issue we have here is that the mobile version is not working on Android devices, only iPhone and when I test it on Chrome it resizes properly.

We have tested on Vivo Y35, Samsung S7, and Samsung S22

Used WP Migration plug-in to migrate to new hosting provider. The spinning logo before the page loads just spins and does nothing else.

I tried deactivating all the plugins the page still won’t load. I tried the Zerif minimal theme and it worked, however the Lite version is what I want. Any ideas?

The images load in too slow when scrolling down on mobile

Hello, I can’t save the page changes at the home page, however I can do it with the rest of the pages of the site. I use Visual Composer, I’ve contacted them and they told me to contact you, because the have changed to other theme and they could save.

I have created a new page called Blog and change the reading option on WordPress of the Article page to the created page Blog.

Until here all is fine, but I want to remove the text that appears on top saying:
“Blog – Zerif supports an initial customized page”

Hi, so on my site, the test of basic WordPress paragraph blocks looks stretched out, and overlaps too much with the line below. It’s especially bad on mobile.

and before you ask, I just deactivated ALL PLUGINS and that didn’t make a difference.

Is there any way to link the text of the parent menu to open the submenu on mobiles? In other words, clicking anywhere on the parent menu should open the submenu.
Currently, the only way to open the submenu is to click on the arrow on the right.

We are trying to create a new frontpage for the site. We are not using elementor, but the wordpress page builder.

We noticed a few things to get fix, but first we are trying to remove the entry header on the page we are developing as a frontpage. We used the option cover in the wordpress builder and we added the code below. Although it helped somehow, we still see a white space in between, where the entry header and title was.

This link is a test website. But I am having the following problem. I use an anchor menu for the sections: Que hacemos, como aplico al programa y contacto. For noticias I use a page menu.
Is I am in the home page and click in any anchor it works but when I click in noticias and then I click in contact the menu does not work. I was seeing many solutions in google but unfortunately it did not work. Any help will be really appreciate.

Our background image for mobile view is not working. It does in the customizer, but not when you check it on mobile devices.

Our settings for the background image are set to custom – fill screen with NO Repeat background image and NO scroll with page.

Based on what we found on the web and other support forums we have tried the following sets of code with no success so far:

We are migrating to wpforms as you suggested. We imported the WPForms template you created to make it consistent with the contact form that comes from the theme.

We just realized that form some reason our version of the theme doesn’t have the contact form shortcode field.

Is there a way to add the shortcode module for the sections of the theme (including the contact us form)? If not, What do we need to add as a code to make this happen? Where do we need to add it?

I would like to add a full width width picture in About Us section. The problem is that the section contains predefined widgets and they are limited to certain size and if I upload my img the image is shrinked down.

The picture I want to display in full width is given in About Us section -> Project Partner and is the last picture containing map of europe.

I have tried to create a text widget in that About section; in the widget I placed the following:

then I tried to access the widget thorough Additional CSS code and change the width of that particular text widget. I could not find solution to do that.

I discovered that some parts of my homepage are not visible when I open the website from my mobile phone. Among others the entire our focus section is invisible, but also a number of other parts and buttons are not visible.
I’ve made little or no changes to the CSS and added nothing but widgets.
How can I make these parts visible on mobile phones?

i moved from wordpress.com to www.remarpro.com, so i exported all contents from my old site and imported in new site, after that only 5 posts are showing in home page remaining posts all are showing in header and footer

We recently noticed that our website doesn’t scroll on mobile. I disactivated 2 recent plugins to see if that was the issue, but it’s not. I’ve searched through forums but can’t find anything.

Any fix for this? Literally every page is frozen on mobile.

Good morning, only recently have I learned that Zerif Lite is no longer supported. I have built my page on it. Which free theme to chose in order to keep the web and the FrontPage as they are? Hestia or Neve? I don’t have neither Elementor nor Divi.

We recently updated the wordpress for our site and post updating the website, the FrontPage Sections disappeared when we selected “static Home Page” under homepage display options.
When we select ‘your latest post’ option, the FrontPage Section shows up, but under this option we are unable to display the blog posts.
We had also recently made changes to .htaccess file to show “https” in the url address as we had recently purchased an SSL certificate.

I have a problem. In the section about us there are three columns to fill, I would like to omit the big text (left text), but the other two will be centered when this third column is missing. Which part of the template do I need to remove?

I have more than 10 posts published, all in the “uncategorized” category.

However, “LATEST NEWS” (at bottom of homepage), will only show the 10 most recently published posts.

How do I get it show all of the posts?
