i’m using zee business theme and have just applied a load of updates.

it looks like i must have edited a file outside my child theme as the ‘site identity’ info has popped back in. I don’t want this to show at all – i have a header image and i want this to appear at the top of my page – not the site identity and additional menu etc

please help me

Has this theme been retired from the authors but still supported by WordPress?

I’m about to have to dive into one (that needs an update first) and want to count on you all for support, since it’s laid out pretty weird.

I get invalid CSS at the site silky-canada.com:

}

Note the missing color number after the # symbol. This comes from the zeebusiness/includes/css/colors.css.php file.

I’ve selected colors in the Colors section of the theme options, so I’m not sure why this is happening.

Hello together,
I wanted to change the outfit of this theme only a little bit.
So I found the css-entry for the background-color of the sidebar widgets and changed the grey a little brighter and the background color of the search-input field to white.

I regret, that part of this changes weren’t possible in css. I had to find the colors.css.php to change some parts.

Now I’m searching for the entry that commits the color of the links in the widgets so leaving only the titles in bold red and the list in something more decent/simple.
But I don’t find it. Maybe it’s better hidden than in the colors.css.php?

in each page there are titles beginning with “Archiv für” (archive for) followed by the page name.
This website looks like a museum only because – I guess – the first testing posts have an old posting date.
Is there the possibility of turning off this titles or at least changing the period range?

I’m creating my very first website with WordPress and I really would love to make the bottombar transparent, that is, I want my background image to show up instead of the “white block”.

I’ve been able to make it a bit translucent by adding e.g. opacity: 0.7;
but nothing else seem to work.

For example I’ve tried adding this in the style.css

Only on Zee Business theme and after the most recent update to 1.4, text widgets seem to edit out any line breaks. At first it seems like a widget plug-in issue, but they function perfectly on my client sites with non-Zee themes. The two that went wonky are Black Studio TinyMCE Visual Editor and Enhanced Text Widget. Is this a theme problem? I notice that ZeeBusiness is no longer available on the ThemeZee website. My client really wants to keep his current theme. Thoughts? Thanks.

I understand that this is a responsive theme but I need my sidebar height to be full from bottom of the navigation bar to the bottom. I’ve tried several variations on the other elements and have been able to manipulate everything except the height on the sidebar. If there is also a way to turn off the responsive nature of the site so I can change the font to a smaller size, please advise.www.aboutpregnancyshop.com

There is an extra navbar between the header image and the business name that shows up when I highlight it with my mouse. How can I get rid of this entirely?

I have seen demos of the theme where the slider stretches the entire home page. It has the text to the left and the photo to the right. How do I get this option?

On my site, I can only get it to be a smaller slider to the left of the sidebar. It doesn’t have the photo enlarged and has all the post info.

I use zeebusiness theme. I’m completely updated with both wordpress and zeebusiniss. After not touching my site for a while, I’ve just gone in to simply add some custom links to the priciple navigation menu. However, both the custom link button and the category button are disabled within the menu editor.

Bizarre ! And problematic. Anyone got any thoughts ?

I spent six hours last night digging through old threads, and while people’s suggestions worked for most other people, I can’t seem to get them to work with this zeeBusiness theme.

Drop down menus are appearing behind the content when viewed in IE, so they are unreadable. How can I fix this?

Whenever I try to upload a new logo nothing happens, the image does go into the wordpress library but I can’t get it to set as the logo, the old one always persists.

I made my whole site wider and have managed to fix everything but my header photos.

I would like to just center the header photos, I have followed tons of threads on centering header image and nothing I tried has worked.

I just took over managing a school’s website and am trying to do some clean-up. One thing I can’t seem to fix is correcting the code so that the Title of the Top Post on the Home Page does not overlap with the Menu bar. I tried altering the heading size and played around with the padding a bit. I think I’m not focusing on the right area in the stylesheet.

Can someone please help me?

I just installed this theme and can’t seem to remove this text: “Place your Footer Content here” from the bottom of all pages. I’ve looked in widgets and the footer.php and can’t seem to find any way to get rid of it.

Hi, we just set up this theme for my daughter’s new science blog.

As she’s replying to comments this morning I noticed that her replies all have a red bar behind her name. I wasn’t sure if that was highlighting her as the author or not so I had her and I post some test comments as well. It appears to only be on the second comment.

Is there a way to remove the sidebar’s “Categories, Archives, and Pages”? I went to the widgets section and i can’t seems to remove them. I do not want any sidebars in the pages.

I am creating a site for my information technology course and when logged into WP, my sidebar gets pushed to the bottom right. I want it to float on the right. The page is currently on my school’s server. When I copy the URL into IE or Firefox, the sidebar is floating where I want it. How do I get WP to respond correctly?

I just updated my zeeBusiness theme and there is now a strange gap of white space between my logo image and main menu bar. When I move my mouse over the white space, I can see that my page titles are hidden within the white space, and they highlight when my mouse moves over them. I did not have this before the update, and I do not want this gap or these new set of hidden page menus now. Where is the setting I need to change? Or how can I edit the code to remove this?

I’m using the zeeBusiness theme with custom colors. I’m having issues getting it to play nicely with the wp e-commerce plug-in.

If I put in a header it will duplicate on the e-commerce single product page and throw all text into fullscreen.

If I put in a logo instead of a header the e-commerce single product page won’t show the logo but also won’t show the product picture. I get the box with the red X.

Has anyone else had these kinds of problems with using the wp e-commerce plug-in with this theme? I would think it was designed to use this kind of plug-in, being meant for a business.
