I just want to point out that there should be version compatibility included depending on version of WP. I just updated the theme being on 4.6.3 and the site (both frontend and backend) started throwing an error.

The problem was that wp_update_custom_css_post() was introduced in 4.7.0

I had to fiddle with files through ftp to get the site back up.
I know this is a thing with plugins to have compatibility information. Definitely also useful for themes.

The quality of the featured image on my site seems to have been downgraded. The image size is 2000×1500 and I’ve tried both 72dpi and 300dpi versions. I have changed the media setting so that the maximum size is at 2000px I’ve also tried disabling image compression by adding a custom plugin with the following code:

add_filter( 'jpeg_quality', create_function( '', 'return 100;' ) );

The image still seems to have been compressed when viewing my site on the desktop. Is there a way to increase the quality of the featured image? What is the optimal image size and dpi so that the featured image does not look like it was horribly compressed?

I love your theme! I’m having trouble with my menu. When a link of the ‘Hamburger’ menu is clicked, I want the menu to close. I’m using Yuuta as a one-page website, so that is why I need the menu to close after a link is clicked.

Usually the color of the text in the posts overview is black (when no featured photo is set for the post), and white if a featured photo is set. If I switch to the static page mode, the color of the header changes to white, but the rest of the text (before the more tag of the post) stays black.
Somethings weird with the static mode; see also the post “Words disappear after adding Featured Image” here in the forum.

On https://yuuta.felixdorner.de , the ‘Navigation’ menu is displayed in the widget at the bottom but is then also displayed in the drop down at the top.

How can I edit and link the two? At the moment, I have nothing in my drop down and would like to place an About section etc etc.

Hi and thank you for the great theme!

I have added some anchor links in my website. Basically they all work well but the menu does not. From the usability point of view it would be better if the menu closes when clicking the link. Now it stays there and actually you have to scroll up before you see the closing button. Would you have any solution for this?

Yuuta theme but generally also?

Is there some easy way of doing it or do I have to go through the theme .php code and alter the div to have them fitted. Cause if that is the case it will be a liiiitle bit difficult for me at this point.

Also resizing images to fit each post manually by checking the dimensions of particular post is kind of….annoying to do.

Any insights?
