I am sure this must be simple.. but I can’t see how to edit the text in the footer boxes that appear on pages that use the “default template” – or indeed how to remove any of those boxes. Doesn’t seem to be anywhere in the “customise” section. Furthermore in my “about” page, several of the boxes appear twice..

Since I started using xmag theme this feature I had before just doesn’t work, I tried different button plugin’s with no result all I get is the header image of my site when sharing, please help.

I have a problem with the Navigation Menu on Ipad. I have open a subject on a wrong place.

I have some troubles with my navigation menu on my Ipad.

On my PC, no problem
On my mobile, no problem because the menu is not displayed.
On my Ipad (landscape position), the menu is displayed. I have some menu-items with children. So if i want to open one of these, I ��touch�� it and it opens (as a drop down list) without trouble.

But then, this can be not so easy to close it ( to hide the drop down list of the menu-item). It depends where I ��touch��
If I ��touch�� on a widget or on my ��recent posts�� ( on something!) , it closes
But if I ��touch�� a place on my Ipad-screen where there is nothing ( not easy maybe to understand this part�� i mean no element, no post, no widget��.) this dropdown list just stay displayed�� it��s confusing

Anyone here who understand my point?

On mobile view, i have some troubles with the mobile menu. I have a multiple-level menu ( I mean top-children with subchildren). When i open the mobile menu, i see all the subchildren.
Is there a way that the top-children are not opened? And then a click to toggle open/close top-children to see/hide subchildren?

We actually have the premium version of xMag if that changes anything. Regardless, looking to see if you can help us with something.

The mobile/tablet version of our nav is awful. We were wondering if there was a way for us to truncate the sub navs – like it is on the desktop version – in the mobile version. Right now, all of the pages are listed underneath each other with no hierarchal value. Because of this, they eat up the entire screen.

I would like to ask if there is a possibility to change the layout of posts on the front page. I would like to post full length posts on the front page without any reduction due to too many letters.

I am trying to make a site with full width and no sidebar using xMag. Pages only, no posts. When I customize xMag I pick Theme Settings/General/Layout Style/Full width. Under Widgets/Sidebar I make sure there is nothing there.

A search box and the Meta widget show up.

If I put a search box in the sidebar the Meta widget goes away but I can never get rid of the search box or make the page full width.

Hi, I’ve selected the Custom Background setting under Theme Settings->Header and added a header image. But for some reason there is a grey line that sits right below my header image and I can’t figure out how to make it go away. It only appears in the web version of my site, not in the mobile versions. How can I remove the grey line? Thanks!

I can’t find where to upload the logo for my website, only the favicon. Can you help me?

I would like to use an SVG image as my header.

I installed the SVG Support plugin and can get the image into my media library, but when I try to use it in the header (Header Image section) it errors out trying to crop it (it simply says “There has been an error cropping your image.”).

What do I need to do to get this to work with this theme?

before I used 2013 theme and everything worked fine.
But after I changed to Xmag theme, the text of blog post disappeared.
The post can be seen on the home page but after clicking in, there is nothing inside but only the title.
then I found out that my blog text was hidden only after adding the featured image.
why? Is it possible that Xmag doesn’t support wordpress featured image?
