I do not currently wish to use sidebars. On a wider screen the content is on the left of the screen, not centered under the header. How do I center it under the header?

Just wondering how I make it available for readers to leave comments. I feel like I figured out how to activate it with Pages and tried the same thing with posts (as in Enabling Comments) but it doesn’t show up on the actual post page. Is there something I have to mess with on the theme to get it to show up?

I’m a total beginner when it comes to WordPress and web design of the last ~20 years (things have certainly changed!). I’m wondering how to edit my WP theme, Xena, to get more white space in between the image block and text block just on my homepage.

I’ve tried adding custom CSS for padding around the image but have never seemed to make what I want to happen happen. Any help would be much appreciated!

I’d like to hide featured images completely specifically from displaying on pages. I’ve tried plugins and various CSS codes I came across in other support posts. I can’t seem to get anything to work to hide the featured images from my website’s pages.
