How do I make my Menu more noticeable?

I have already made it HUGE, but people are still missing it.

Is there anyway to put my menu at the bottom of the screen too?

this artist tweaked the sidebar to appear on the left under the post-info headline as a list. (instead of the sidebar at the footer)

I am using the Wu Wei theme – this looked nicer on wordpress.com but I have now mived over to host it myself so I appear to have less functionality.

I am trying to add additional widgets to my side bar – i had three footers to add to on this version of the site https://neilastillgallery.wordpress.com but now I only have one here: https://www.neilastillgallery.co.uk.

I am OK at amending the php if someone can point me in the right direction…?!
