If I insert a youtube video in the banner, the video plays for 2 seconds automatically and then stops. People have cick somewhere on the website to let it start playing again but there is not even a playbutton visable. People will have scrolled before clicking somewhere so they won’t see the video.

Uploading a video instead has also no use because of mobile cropping failures.

Hello. I have a question, I know that there are already answers to similar problems, but I have already tried a lot and it does not work. I have a banner with a picture on which it says – “PMask” should be much brighter. I’m pretty sure it’s either a filter or something on top that makes it darker. GIF animations look very bad and generally not as bright as we would like. How can this be corrected?

Banner Image (Change Individual Page), is one of the basics of the theme, but I can’t find anything in the customizer to do it, neither in the Banner section nor elsewhere. Can you please say where I can find it?

Hello here I am stuck on the design of my site.. The image that I import has a dimension of 1920×480 and the image is found cut despite the fact that selects “centered” in the options. Second problem, I can’t find the option to center the titles of each section.

hello, I need to know the exact dimensions of the video and image in the header of home section and all other secundary sections aswell, cause I keep setting one up and it looks great when you look at it from a explorer but when you look at it from a phone it shows scrapped, off. Idk if its about the image or if I need to do something else, so I would appreciate help on this cause I’m amateur with WP.

example:
when i create a category in the title appears “Categoría:Noticias” and i want it to just show up Noticias without the “Categoría”.

I have noticed that when using the quote block the text wraps at the letter level rather than at the word level, so some words get cut in two and are spread across two lines. Please can you advise if there is a way to fix this?

Also, please can you tell me if there is a way to change the size / typography of the citation text (<cite>Citation</cite>)? Can I change it using the additional css box in the customizer?

Hi, please can you tell me if there is a way to change the default header image? I’ve installed the Unique Headers plugin so I can manually change the image for each individual page. However, ideally I would like to change the default header image so it automatically applies to all pages.

Also, please can you tell me if there is a way to change or possibly remove the header text? The text that I would like to change or remove is the first smaller line of text which reads “Welcome to [Site Name]”.

I have WPKites as theme for my website, but I can not change the header photo for the SHOP page – It is a WooCommerce page and have used the Unique Headers plugin for the rest of the site… Doesn’t work on the SHOP page or any individual product page…

Hello, I’ve just purchased the upgrade for WPKites Plus. I received the zip file download. How do I upgrade my current install of the theme? Do I just upload these new files into the original directory or is there another way of upgrading my site?

I read through the “read me” file and it didn’t say how to upgrade.

I’m using the WPKites theme.

1- I’ve been able to change the banner image on the home page however it’s too large. What is the required size of the image so I can crop it to fit better. Also would be great to remove the opaque overlay.
2- There’s a few lines of text ON the banner image which I would like to remove, however I cannot find where I can make those changes. The “welcome to” is one and the word “Home” is on there twice.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
