They will promise you the moon, but if you ever want a refund because you are not satisfied with their product you can forget about your money. Stay away from their paid services. There is no such a thing as a “30 Day Money Back Guarantee” (let alone without any questions as mentioned on their website).

Also, their support in English is just as mediocre as their products. They do respond rather quickly to messages, but only selectively answer questions (requests for refunds go unanswered) and much of it is incomprehensible.

I have had need of help from the team at WPAzure on a few occasions and the response times to the initial requests have been very quick. It can sometimes be difficult to express exactly what the problem may be but they react efficiently and have solved all of my queries.
