Sorry to bother you again. I should have saved my question for this one…

I installed the mailpoet plugin on your theme (www.robertfloris.com) and when the user subscribes to my newsletter, a dialog box is supposed to appear with a message telling the person to check their inbox or spam folder to confirm subscription. But it doesn’t work. All of the “back end” works properly (the email is sent and the address is saved to the database etc.) but there is no message on the screen to alert the user. The widget just goes blank after they press subscribe.

I thought the problem might be the plugin but it works with other themes! Also, the plugin developers confirmed to me that the problem is a JavaScript incompatibility issue with the theme (they mentioned the Facebook like widget also does not look right).

Can you help??? Because I really like this theme but I think I like the plugin more than the theme if I have to choose! Thanks!

I was just wondering if it would be possible (easy?) to implement some timer to rotate the banners automatically at the top of this theme. It would be a nice feature.

How can I remove the “Read More” boxes that show up in the five banners? I hope this isn’t a stupid question. I have tried everything that I can think of.

I am an experienced web developer but I have zero experience with PHP. I was hoping you can help me remove the side bar on some pages or all the pages in the WP HeadR theme.

I am also struggling to find the location to change the green like theme color and the red when you highlight a link in the banner?

Also is there a way to make the header show on a mobile device?

This is an awesome theme, and it looks great on tablets and cell phones. But I can’t seem to find much documentation. Is the theme going to be updated? Specifically, I created a child theme and neither the style sheet or custom page templates seems to work. The child function.php is OK, and the customization works fine if I edit the original files in the parent theme. Website is at https://www.nmsta.org.

I tried to upgrade your theme but there was a problem and now it’s impossible to use it. There is a message that says “missing template”. Any idea to solve the problem ? Thanks for your support. Max
