Can you tell me where I can edit the spacing and padding of all the widgets in the Editor? I see a lot of options but I can’t figure out exactly where to go.

This morning I updated WP-Centrik to 1.0.4 through the prompt on my WordPress admin page. Now the entire website, including my admin page, is blank. Please help! Thank you. (The previous version was whichever was available for download several days ago).
