A client lost the entire header. I reset the header, but the menu links in Mobile mode are not clickable.

They are using Woostify (Elementor), and since I have no experience with this plugin, I don’t understand what setting may be blocking the links in mobile mode.

I would also like to know how to set the background for the menus in mobile and tablet mode, keeping it the same color in all states.

I added a few attributes and selected the type as “label” because I want my customers to see them on the product page, I don’t want them to select the variation in a dropdown menu. Now, the problem is that when I select one of the labels/variations, such as “pack of 2,” and click “Buy Now,” the page loads, and then it shows no product in the cart . I don’t know why. Please check the link below. You’ll understand what I’m talking about. Just select one option and click “Buy Now.”

The issue is urgent because after the update to the latest version 2.3.6, my system tells me that the file in the woostify theme folder wp-content/themes/woostify/assets/js/fetch-api-polyfill.js is infected.

Is it true or is it a false positive?

I have the Woostisy Premium Shop theme, but can’t get the Add to Cart or Buy now Button to add items to cart. When I switch to the defauly WP theme, everything works, but when I activate my Woostify theme and click Add to Cart, I get ?You can’t add more than 0 items in cart” When I click Buy It now, it goes to your shopping cart is empty page.

I have followed all the debugging steps and guides and deactivate plugins but nothing works with the Theme (I paid for premium) but yet it works perfectly with the default WP theme

Website was working fine last night but next morning (today) when I changed the hero image on the projects page it shows exactly the same settings of the position in the x and y direction on mobile view in the desktop but when I checked it on the real mobile phone the settings were not the same that I set previously then I did some settings of the mobile menu it shoes the same problem that in the real mobile phone the changes are not propagated.

How do we add the favorites feature to the theme as seen in the demo?

I am developing the website from the link below and I use the Woostify theme in combination with the Polylang plugin. Every link works great except the menu cart icon and the sidebar cart links. When changing language (from Greek to English or from English to Greek) the link in the menu cart icon and the sidebar cart stay always in the default language (Greek). The English links do work and are directly accessible and usable. Same thing for the checkout.

• Greek: /cart/, English: /en/cart-en/
• Greek: /checkout/, English: /en/checkout-en/

I know this is most likely a Polylang thing and that Woostify does not guarantee compatibility with every plugin out there, but I ask for guidance towards a link or a script I could use so I can figure this out. I just need to pass the correct language url on the cart link when changing language (from English to Greek).

Hi Woostify, I’m facing a few CSS problems that do not work when I use it actual website after checking everything in inspect mode.

1. The first issue is, on a single product page the related product and recently viewed product’s “Add to Cart” buttons are not responsive. So I use CSS to fix it; it works in the inspect mode but when I add in the customize > additional CSS section it’s not working.

2. The second issue is that I am using the full-width stretched layout to make website pages full-width.

But I need to add 20px padding on the checkout page, cart page, dashboard page, and Wishlist page. But the CSS not working in the customize > additional CSS section but it works when inspecting.

The main issues the CSS is not working. How can I solve the problem. is anything I’m doing wrong. Please let me know the reason of the issue and how to solve it.

The menu was working in deskop view. But, in Tab and Mobile Preview, when I click the hamburger menu, it opens, but the menu is not showing. why this has happened. its a live e-commerce website. Any suggestions, please. I updated all the plugins that are installed on the website. I am waiting to hear back from you!

Hi! I have some products where some of variations are unavailable, but they are still normally visible on a site. They are grey out only after clicking them. What should i do to make them grey out without clicking? I tried with some shortcodes but nothing changed.

in the case of virtual products, a double “Add to cart” button is added.

First button has class: “loop-add-to-cart-btn button product_type_simple add_to_cart_button ajax_add_to_cart”

I’m wondering if the latest version of Elementor (3.18.1) is causing a compatibility issue with Woostify.

Before upgrading Elementor, the search bar widget in the footer (Gutenberg) looked fine (i.e. the dialog box and search button spanned the footer column and looked appropriate size). After Elementor upgrade, the search bar in the footer is considerably shorter than before, has less height, no padding between the dialog box and search button, etc.

When deactivating Elementor, the issue disappears, and the search button is correct again.

Could it be that Woostify is no longer fully Elementor-compatible, with the latest release?

Hello, before posting this support request I did some research to find out if this was coming from the theme and it seems that it is even if I can’t find the tag in the header.php file. I tested with another theme and tested several sites created with Woostfy.

How to modify:

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1, maximum-scale=1.0, user-scalable=no">

I added [user-scalable=”yes”] in the header.php of my child theme but it doesn’t replace it.

I am experiencing issues with my WooCommerce art page on mobile. It is not responsive, and I am unable to customize it using the theme layout. Can you please help me?

There seems to be a bug, where after changing the default font (in Appearance > Customize) and then going to additional css. The space bar no longer works correctly, instead of adding a space it shows the font variation list. Deleted the cache, tested in both FF & chrome.

As a workaround im copying and pasting spaces ??
