Well done to the RaraTheme team for this great WordPress theme. I highly recommend it and the rest of their themes. Well coded and great designs.

They give link to documentation for demo but there is no demo there. So they point you to contact support where you can only get reply after you provide email address or register with them. Its fine if you want registration in exchange for demo, but be direct about it. This behavior is not the right way to do things.
