The theme is very good, easy to install and use. It has a few minor bugs and quirks that need to be worked out, that’s why I cannot give it 5/5 stars.
The support I have received so far was top notch, my requests were solved within a few hours of sending the email.

Purchased the VW Real Estate Theme after considering about 25 other Themes. Lots of functionality, attractively designed UI and yet quite customizable without much coding needed. Had a customization question and VW Support got back to us within 24 hours, helping us get the customized feature we were seeking. Really good value for a theme, and prompt response from support is huuge!

I have bought a few bundles of themes with plugins in the past but this is by far the best deal with the most variety. It has its limitations but other plugins fill in those gaps. I had trouble with the color on a theme so I sent a support request. They were fast and very helpful. My clients really like their new websites. Thanks a bunch! Cheers!
