I have used the VW Fitness Gym theme for about 1 year. I cannot say enough about the support you get with this amazing theme. I have two issues and both I could not resolve myself (due to lack of knowledge) in changes I try to make. In both instances it took less than a day for the to figure out what I did wrong and correct it.
If you are a novice (such as I am) and want a great theme, install to install and manage, and strong knowledge support, then look no further than VW themes.

The theme is very easy to work with and support is great. The demo content is a MUST because it brings to light what all this theme can do, not to mention it gives you a pretty much complete site with prebuilt relevant content. You just need to adjust the content to your needs, but all the blueprint is there and leave little guesswork to be done. Support is very responsive and accommodating, especially if you are having a difficult time installing the demo content.

I absolutely love this theme and look forward to seeing what else these developers can do.
