slider page title doesn’t show up on mobile, where as on desktop it is ok

I can’t get the slider to work. I created three pages and selected them in the customizer but it doesn’t appear. I also have the slider “on”. The directions are pretty light in the documentation for that part of setup so I don’t know what to do. Are their additional specifications or directions?
