I need to add a custom logo to this website but as it’s a free theme there’s no option to edit the logo. If I try to add it through custom css by changing
.site-branding class, it just gets overlapped by the current text and there’s no option to edit the current .site-branding text
Please anyone help me as I’m a beginner in wordpress.

The Problem is, that no JQuery is working here. The Konsole says:
TypeError: jQuery(…).cycle is not a funktion

In other Themes the JavaScript-Functions of TablePress are working fine.

I deleted following lines in General.js:

jQuery(document).ready(function(){
  jQuery.noConflict();
  jQuery( '.cycle-slideshow' ).cycle();
});

But didn’t change anything. Can you help me?

I have taken the page titles off of each of my pages in the content.php (in the childs theme version) but now there is a huge gap between the navigation bar and the beginning of the actual content. Any way I can minimize this?

Is there a way to only display the slider on the home page?

Also, is there a way to include links in the welcome text? We want a link to our facebook page in the welcome text, but when I try to add a link it converts the tags and does not display the text as a link.

First off very nice theme so thanks for that, I was wondering is there anyway to turn off the bottom section of the site with the search box etc as it just does not really fit in with how im using the site.

Its never really going to be a blog just as a static page site.

Is there any way to make the sidebar narrower?

On my site, I am trying to put a facebook like widget in the sidebar for all pages but it is not showing up. Every page is set to page with sidebar, but the sidebar (and thus the widget) are not showing.

I have tried 3 different widgets, none show.

By default, the theme seems to have pale grey text on white in the comment box to reply to comments. I’m not doing anything fancy, just trying to use it as is, but it’s unreadable. I can’t find any option to change the text area colors, and it makes no sense that this is the default. I’ve spend hours searching the forums for a solution.

Pale grey is the default text color, which works on the black background. But even if I could change the default to black so I could see it in the text area, it would then be unreadable on black in the rest of the page. So what can I do? Is this a design oversight? I don’t mind editing the CSS if I know what to change.
