I need to change my header image and it seems to be stuck. No matter what I do it will not change. Even if I pick not to show a header at all. Can anyone help with this.

On my ( customized ) version of uu-2014, it is impossible to click images. I would like to know if a newer version of the theme could help or what I could do to implement this behaviour.

How do I change the font in the sidebar menu items? Whenever I customize the fonts in the Customizer, it only affects what’s in the body. The colors and font style on the sidebar don’t match the rest of the site, and no matter what and where I try to edit, they stay the same.

The theme works very well on ipads and computers, but de left side bar (I have a menu there) does not appear on mobile phones.
I love this theme and did not find any other with the same possibilities

Using uu2014 theme, and clicked the option to hide the site identity text that’s in the header. Yet I can still see a corner of the ‘darker area’ where the text was showing up in the very bottom left corner of the header. Any idea how to get rid of that?

On the cell phone display the text has no white space (space between paragraphs), yet when viewed on a larger mobile screen it does (just as it does for the regular screen from a laptop/desktop).

Been looking though the css code and my brain hurts trying to spot the area that I need to add code or change code or something to make the text display universal between mobile devices without loss of white space.

A site that I’m working on, the header/logo looks right when its viewed on a Tablet or regular computer or even on a phone that is horozontal, but when viewed vertical on a mobile or even computer (resizing the window) it is squished out of proportion.

I’ve been looking though the code but for the life of me I can’t figure out where the issue is – tried a few areas in the style.css to see if that would fix it but ya not happening. The theme is perfect for what is needed, but the distortion in the header is making it unprofessional looking when it comes to being viewed on the mobile end of things (which is where a LOT Of the site hits come from).

side note I did try signing up on the UU 2014 site and it wasn’t letting me sign up, so no idea what is going on.

I can’t get rid of table borders. I’ve set them to 0px and even color – both white and #fff – in the editor, but I still get gray borders around every cell. How do I get rid of them permanently?

I can change the background color with no problem. But no matter where I change the border color, it stays 1px and gray. What am I missing?

There is a menu on my widget sidebar that links to pages. How do I get rid of it? I only want my widgets in my sidebar. Please help! Thanks

I loved the UU 2014 theme. I am exploring the theme in my testing-site which is .

I would like to make two changes.

1. Shrink the hight of top margin to giv mor space for content pr screen.

2. The Tulip-like logo on the top is beutifull but I would like to change it with an other logo/picture.

But I have some questions.
First of all, is it possible to disable the search box at the top right corner? There is already a searchbox in the left sidebar, so a second one isn’t necessary for me.
My second question is: I have a menu on top, but for some reason it is also appearing in the left sidebar. I only have the primary menu selected, not the one in the left sidebar, but it still does appear.
My third question is: the width doesn’t validate in html5.
In the header.php there is this code: <?php header_image(); ?>" width="100%" alt="">
If I remove the width then the image isn’t displayed in full. So how can I solve this? I like the site to validate.
