I have a problem with images in the Uncode theme. Some images are not displayed. I add them to the panel, they are not visible in the page.

I have a problem when I edit a portfolio with WPBakery Page Builder.

I try to format the SEO content, but when I do, the Media images are not displayed on the Frontend.

I have tried inserting the content in Content Block, but in that case I lose SEO.

Is there any way to do it?

Hi, I am working on the website using uncode theme and have a problem displaying image in media gallery.

Using media gallery, main landing page does not loades images in mansory or grid setting. However, image properly loads in other pages such as project list, when user navigates to it from menu.

Also it appears when I use frontend editor.

But whenever I visit the link, media gallery not loads in ‘view all works’ section and some images are shown as gray line in ‘getting started’ section.

How can I fix this problem?

images to header area is not showing including the logo. I just force the logo to show up. This happened this after the wordpress update to 5.3.2

Hi,

There seems to be a problem with the icon boxes that are made with Uncode Visual Composer.

I’ve updated all plugins to the latest version and WP is currently on the latest version too.

I’ve disabled every plugin except Visual Composer and each individually to see if there was a conflict, but no luck. Same issue is occurring.

As you can see there is a image tag with src=”unknown”.

I have a (little) problem after some updates in my Theme “Uncore”.
The related posts are not shown well. There have to be see 4 products in this section. But there is just one product. At the left and the right side you will see “zzgl. Versandkosten” and “inkl. MwSt.”. Where can I change it?

Hi! I’m using uncode in this web page and the images on the slider are blurred. Their size is about 500 KB and 1000×667 pixels. The plugin I’m using to create the slider is Content Block. I don’t know what to do to make them look fine. What’s the size I should use to upload the images? Should I update the theme version?

I have created a page for our privacy policy but i do not know how to add that to the footer. Unfortunately there is no footer widget option. Please advise.

I’ve embedded some youtube videos into my site but when i view the site on a mobile device the video thumbnails are not displayed full width. The video itself is fine when being viewed.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated

I ‘m using uncode lite theme now. Just like the theme a lot.

But I am having an issue now. Trying to look for solution but have no clues.
For portfolio section, I am unable to create/select a Section.

Portfolio item is missing from menu.

May I know did I miss out something?

I love your theme, it’s just what i needed. Right now I’m thinking to upgrade.

Well, I’m having a portfolio section posts out of the grid. Seems that I don’t have nothing to do but use the cathegory as a parameter but it doesn’t work. I looked at forums but maybe I didn’t use or know the right name for the problem itself.

Another thing, I want to arrange elements when I click an look at the selected post, I used a page builder (elementor) but then I loose your menu, navigation controls, etc. and I don’t want to make a whole new page, just arrange content.
Any advice, site where I can find a solution for that?
