I’ve been using Travel Notes for a while now, but recently, I can’t not add any more new categories to the list of categories to be displayed in the home page header.

What I am talking about is under Customizing>Home page features>

I am not able to set the customize the category list from the check boxes anymore. It doesn’t update the list or let me publish.

I found out that the travel-note theme writes the category ID in a comma-delimited format to the database in the theme_mods_travel_notes field in wp_options. But I can’t figure out how it is updating it and why it use to update and now it is no longer updating.

If I change it in the database manually, it breaks everything and I don’t understand why it does that either.

Any help or assistance will be greatly appreciated.
