I have been using Rara themes for sometime in a couple of my websites.
This time I had an issue with a free theme. The support team solved the issue in a few hours (!!!). Not only did they know the answer, but they also asked to login to the site and fix it themselves!
For anyone worried about security, you can clone the website in a temporary one and give access to it. The Rara support team is fantastic anyway!!
