I need a widget area above the content, but under the slideshow. In ‘customizer > widgets’ it states: “Your theme has 5 other widget areas, but this particular page doesn’t display them.”. Now, does the area I need exist and if yes, how do I ‘activate’ it?

Simple task. I want to replace the images that are too large with smaller optimized images I create using PaintShop Pro. The graphic for this example is for the Video graphic link: adr-mat-products.
This original graphic was done by an ex-web designer.

I went into the ADMIN WIDGETS customize SIDEBAR and clicked TEXT see Videos.
(The image I want to replace is already uploaded to my media library.)

Here’s the CSS or HTML already in place. I don’t know how to do any of this so the idea is to only replace the image information and save.

I want to replace the …uploads/2018/10/adr-mat-products.jpeg with new image file name: …/uploads/2010-01/adr-mat-products.png

I notice when I click SAVE the ball keeps spinning. It isn’t saving hence updating.

I’ve cleared my WP cache and my browser cache. So I’m convinced it has to do with TopShop theme side of things.

I also tried turning on the accessibility feature which created an error with ViperCache. I backed out and turned the accessibility feature off again. My website appears to be working.

Originally (after backing up my site) I deleted the image from the Media Library. This created a blank image but the link and text beside it was still active.

Strangely after several attempts I got text to fill the image area. I think it’s the Alt text that filled the box but still no image.

I’ve since restored my site from the previous day which is why the picture is now there. However I’m still unable to get the sidebar to save.

I did read online these kind of problems exist in past posts but I don’t see anything that is helpful to me.

Anyone have a solve?

hello all I am using Topshop child theme and I can’t get the product name to display on the shop page.
When I switch back to the Top Shop theme and don’t use the child theme everything displays as it should.

Our cart in didn’t automatic update the item quantity and price, when i add a products to cart. I have to update or go to a new page before it update it. How can we get a automatic update of the cart when a product is been added to the cart?

I’m using the TopShop Premium theme by KairaWeb and want to edit some things in mobile template. Is it possible to show the side bar widget first instead of last (now it’s after all the products in the shop).

I would like the mobile responsive version to show the “Woocommerce search product widgets” and Categories widget show first so they don’t have to scroll to the bottom of the page to filter the products in the shop.

Hi! I want to show four products next to each other in one row with nice big images on my homepage below the slider, similar to how they are shown on the shop page (https://www.cleanbottle.at/shop/). I used the “WooCommerce products” widget for that, and that gives me four products, but they are displayed below each other in a list and with a tiny image on the right hand side. How can I change the style of that block? Or am I using the wrong widget?

I cannot seem to find in the code where you can define the background color for the square surrounding the fa-shopping-cart. I’d rather it not be black.

I use the free version of TopShop but I just can’t figure out how the footer works. I would like to show some pages I created (they appear at the top of the page at the moment) in the footer.
When I go to Design –> Widgets –> TopShop Footer and expand the point “TopShop Footer”, the fields with the name “individual menu: [name]”, which I would like to appear in the footer, are shown. So to me they seem to be at the right place.
But why isn’t it working? Do I have to choose a menu (when I expand an “indvidual menu” point?
And I guess I should delete the respective pages under the point “Pages” as the menu points are created under Design –> Widgets –> individual menu anyway…

Hello. Apparently the mobile menu on my site is not expanding.
The menu

• items appear in the code but for some reason the menu is not expanding when viewing the site on a mobile device.
  The child theme is ON and the parent theme is up to date to the latest version. I have tried to disable all my custom CSS and still the same result.

I just finished my webshop using the premium TopShop theme but i still have some trouble getting the theme display properly on several browsers. The problems seems to occur in IE 8 -> 11, and on mobile devices.

1, on mobile devices the product categories are not aligned properly, i’m pretty sure this is happening because i use either 1, 2 and 3 lines of text underneath the images. Any change this can be aligned with CSS?

2, The header doesn’t seem to scale on internet explorer 8,9,10 and 11. The header will display full width to the right only, the left side seems to do good. When i disable the widgets on the right it will display properly.

3, for some reason i cant get a search bar properly fitted in the nav. menu. I can get it in there but the search bar has a different design than the nav menu. Any change i could fit a nice square product search in there without the use of plugins? (the search button also uses the secondary color instead of the main button color…no idea why)

is it possible to change the website title to a custom logo? Actually in the premium version in the customizer modul there is no option to set a own logo.

The 3rd image in the slideshow should be image ONE.

The 4th image in the slideshow should be image FIVE.

The 5th image in the slideshow should be image FOUR.

I am trying to add a header image, but the size is set to be only at 280×91 px. When I try to get an image with a larger height, the image starts to cover the navigation bar. Any clue as to how to increase the amount of space the header image takes up so I can put in a big header image?
