When I go to my webstore on a smartphone and click on the menu I get the menu twice. I cant find where to fix it. I use the theme top store from Themehunk.

The ‘Category’ drop down box doesnt appear in the widgets. Is there a way to make it so it never closes up when scrolling? Or even to change how it looks please?

I’d like to know how to change size (especially height) of the image shown in Top Slider. It always shrinks my original image so that thery appear not as I’m expecting.

There is pretty fundamental error in theme now (my previous post), would be nice to get some reaction.

Hi, we have a strange problem: product shows different prices (old and new) according to page where it’s shown.

In category view with default order the price is the old one (99 euros).
In category view any other order the new price is there (120 euros).
Also when choosing after some other order again the default order, the price is the new one, but when coming to the page again from the menu link, the price is the old one. When clicking the product to basket, the price is the new one. So you click the 99 euros product to basket and after that it is 120 euros :D.
Also in search results, the price is proper, the new one.

There’s no cache plugin used and clearing browser’s cache doesn’t help either. So it seems it has to be some topstore theme cache or what do you suggest/recommend to do?

I’ve noticed that there is a problem with displaying images on single page product when there is product gallery. When there is only one product image, it is shown correctly, but when there is product gallery on the page, the image is cut from the right side.

i can’t translate my account, wishlist, and search bar in header with polylang like widgets and menus, in addition the sliders of woocommerce in rtl direction dosen’t working corrently.
i want to buy the pro version of top store theme but before doing that i want to be sure if this issue could resolve or not!!

Hello, after yesterdays update to Top Store 1.2.8, cart icon and button disappeared from the header, without me changing nothing else.

Are you aware of this or should I downgrade the theme if I find this option?

Hello, i’m traying to translate the search bar placeholder using loco translate but the translation doesn’t apply.

The stars of the star rating do not show on my single product page, only the count of the reviews of the product, but not the image of the stars.

I need the image of the stars to show before the count number of reviews in every product page.

my experience with topstore has been amazing, except the fact that I am unable to change the search bar (header) results to display results of ajax search bar. I want to know if change, that is, header search bar must display results of ajax search bar, should be made through customize or theme editor?
Where should I insert the ajax search bar short code or the one line PHP code?

I have an issue with the uniformity of how images are displayed on the homepage. From your demo screenshot, all your images on your homepage are the same. But on my homepage, all the images displayed are of different sizes. How do I get all the images uploaded to have the same sizes like your demo homepage? I am creating a shop with Top Store theme. This is a mobile first approach to the e-commerce store.

We wish to implement the following changes to the Shop page:

1. Search in tags as well (Presently search bar searches only product titles, it seems)

2. Remove Title “Archives” and text “home” under it. (Image at Image 1 of shop)

3. Remove Default sorting, latest etc. box / option.

Below points can be seen in image 2 here: Image 2

4. Remove pagination – view all products on the same page (Do we need to install some lazy load plugin for efficient website?)

5. Remove sort box and all products appearing below lower sort box

Kindly advise in terms that a layman like me can understand and implement.
